What if My Tracking Info Shows My Package Was Delivered, But I Never Received It?

We know how important your order is, and we want to help. If the tracking info says your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, here's what you can do:

1. Check around your neighborhood: Sometimes, another home might have received the package by mistake.
2. Ask family or roommates: Maybe someone received it on your behalf.
3. Look for delivery with property managers: In apartments or shared spaces, the package may have been left with someone else, like a property manager.

While we will do our best to assist, please note that KeepFeel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit. If you can't find your package, you should contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Will I Be Charged Customs and Taxes?

Prices on our website are tax-free in US Dollars, but once your order arrives at its final destination, you may be charged import taxes, duties, and other customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by your country's customs department.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, please CONTACT US as soon as possible. We process and ship orders quickly, so once your order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
