Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to the countries listed below. You won’t have to pay extra taxes or VAT on your order. Currently, we do not ship to countries outside this list.

Special Shipping Fees for Certain Countries

For the following countries, shipping is $39.99 USD. Unfortunately, these locations do not qualify for free shipping:

  • Uruguay
  • Malta
  • Serbia
  • Argentina

Processing Time

Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping. (Note: Public holidays and weekends are excluded).

  • If your shipping address is flagged as a risk, the processing time may be delayed. This is to help ensure the security of your payment information.

Shipping Notification

  • Alternatively, you can use our Parcel Tracking Page to follow your shipment. Please note: there may be a delay of 1-3 days before the tracking information is updated online.

Important Notes

  • If you live in a less secure location, please choose the shipping method carefully. Standard mail couriers do not require a signature, and packages may be left in unsecured locations.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by you.
  • Restocking Fee: If you do not claim your package and it is returned to us, a restocking fee of 15% of the total price per item will be charged.
